Michael Torres brings over 15 years of criminal defense experience to Caldwell & Associates. Before joining the firm in 2012, he served as an Assistant Prosecutor for Wayne County, giving him invaluable insight into how the other side builds its cases. Michael has successfully defended clients facing charges ranging from misdemeanor DUI to felony drug trafficking and violent crimes. His trial record is exceptional, with acquittals and dismissals in cases that many attorneys would consider unwinnable. A first-generation college graduate, Michael is passionate about ensuring that everyone receives vigorous legal representation regardless of their background.
