About James Caldwell
James Caldwell founded Caldwell & Associates in 1998 with a vision to provide top-tier legal representation to the people and businesses of Michigan. With over 25 years of trial experience, James has successfully litigated hundreds of cases and recovered more than $80 million for his clients. A natural leader both inside and outside the courtroom, James is known for his meticulous preparation, compelling trial advocacy, and unwavering commitment to his clients. He has been recognized by Michigan Super Lawyers every year since 2012 and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Outside the office, James serves on the board of the Fairview Community Foundation and coaches youth basketball. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have three children.
